Do you enjoy drawing, painting, or other similar forms of artistic expressions? Do you have personal interpretations about the aesthetics of Mythic Adventures that you’d like to share? The staff at Mythic Adventures LARP and Mythic Multimedia are pleased to announce that we are hosting an Art Contest just for you! We want to showcase your work and put a spotlight on our community's artist. This is open to anyone within the community, from those who play Full Time Monsters to the veterans of the last decade of play. The art itself will need to be one of the following themes:
Art depicting the quintessential elements of one of Mythic’s Professions. Warrior? Some Flavor of Knight? Rogue? Magi? What do our professions look like to YOU.
OR
A piece capturing the menacing nature of one of our monsters, such as a Husk, or a powerful necromancer and their undead or any other creature you may have encountered at an event.
OR
A landscape capturing what you believe one of our worlds landmarks looks like, such as Summers Rest or Skypass Hold, or Candleflame forest - whatever you like!
The winner’s art will be featured on a limited T-Shirt run, and you will receive the first one printed as well as an EXP award.
We will not accept any entries that are AI generated or assisted by AI. The image can be done otherwise in any media format you choose. Failure to follow this directive will result in disqualification. Entries will be posted on social media, and voted on by the community.
Mediums and general format: Digital mediums are a requirement when generating tee shirts however, hand drawn or painted work can be submitted. Should the winner be a hand done piece, we will need a high res scan in order to proceed with the shirt run once a winner is determined. Staff will be in touch with you to sort out the details. Please sign your work with your preferred artist mark or signature on the bottom right of your art as full credit for art will be given as part of the listing for the shirt run. Maximum printable area on any tee shirt is 10”W x 12”H. We recommend your submissions be no larger than standard letter size (8.5”x11”) for ease of scanning (for hand done art). Shirt run will be limited to 25 total, first come, first served and will be listed on the Mythic Merch web store upon conclusion of the contest. The winners shirt will have a Mythic Adventures knot sleeve graphic added and be 1 of 1. To submit your entry simply click the button below to open an email prompt and send us a screenshot or photo of your work. Please keep in mind that the submission entry photos will be what we use to spotlight you to the community for voting. Images should be free of obstruction, framed evenly, close up and as clear as possible. Submission period will run from the date of the contest announcement through February 14th, 2026 5:00PM EST. Submissions received after this date/time will not be included in the contest.
